We would like to inform you that Kuwait ministry is planning for a new tender for complete submersible pump sets with motors including their spares for ground water project, details are listed below and would like to know whether you are manufacturing such type of submersible pumps.
1. For deep water production wells, low tension (415V A/C) electric submersible pump units with Capacity of 150-300 IGPM at 200m total head at duty point, complete with starter panels, power and control cables(200m length), and special Non return Valve etc. The deep well submersible pump required to be an integral single unit consisting of the radial or mixed flow pump close coupled to a submersible electrical motor. The pump unit shall be suspended from a surface plate, by the vertical discharge pipe and shall receive electrical supply through submersible power cable. The pump unit shall operate immersed in ground water wells
2. For shallow wells, the Pump Units shall be designed with a non-overloading characteristic with head capacity curve gradually rising from duty point to shut-off point, at the duty point the capacity, total head and overall efficiency must be ( 80-200 IGPM at 50-100m head, overall efficiency not less than 65%). The shallow well submersible pump required shall be an integral single unit consisting of the radial or mixed flow pump close coupled to a submersible electrical motor. The pump-motor shall be suspended from a surface plate, by the vertical discharge pipe and shall receive electrical supply through submersible power cable. The pump motor unit shall operate immersed in ground water wells.
Capacity 80-300 IGPM Head 50-100m Submersible Well Pump
Note : A secondary duty point is specified at 80% of the discharge capacity. At this capacity
the head must be between the ranges of 112.5% of the head at main duty point. Another secondary duty point is specified at 120% of the discharge capacity. At this capacity the head must be between the ranges of 87.5% of the head at main duty point.
For your information, as per the Kuwait rule in-order to participate for the Govt. tenders you have to submit your prequalification documents to the Ministry for their approval, then only you will be able to participate for the tenders. Hence, if you are manufacturing such types of pumps, then you need to submit your prequalification documents to the ministry comprising all the documents viz. balance sheets for the last 3 years, project experience, ISO Certification details etc. etc.
Please note, at-present there is no need to send any quotation to us, because this tender is not yet announced officially and this will be announced soon. In our previous e-mail, we already informed to you that in-order to participate for Govt. tenders you have to submit your prequalification documents to the Ministry for their approval, then only you will be able to participate for the tenders. Hence, if possible, please send us your company profile including factory details, project experience ( inside and outside china) for Submersible Pumps ( deep well and shallow wells), financial background and ISO Certification details for our study. After our study we will let you know whether we can submit the prequalification documents to Ministry or not.
FYI, the system in Kuwait is in-order to participate for the tenders you should be on the approved list of end users in Oil Sectors, Power Sectors, Ministry of Public Works etc, then only you will be able participate for the tenders, and for this you have to submit your prequalification documents for their approval.
